Return and Exchanges

At BardVogt, your satisfactionโ€”and your petโ€™s comfortโ€”are our top priorities. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, especially when choosing items for our furry friends. Thatโ€™s why weโ€™ve created a clear and thoughtful Return and Exchange Policy to make your experience stress-free.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item includes all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • The item is free of pet hair, odors, stains, or other signs of wear
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided

Items that have been customized, clearance sale items, or gifts marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at inquiries@bardvogt.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return
  • Clear photos if the product is defective or incorrect

Once your request is approved, weโ€™ll provide detailed return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be processed.


3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

Need a different size, color, or design? No problem!

  • Indicate your preferred replacement when contacting us.
  • Weโ€™ll check availability and guide you through the next steps.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

If your desired item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer-responsible returns: If returning due to a change of mind or size issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our error or defective product: If we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, weโ€™ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. BardVogt is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


5. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
