Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. We recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure around your pet’s head and under the chin for the best fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us with your pet’s measurements and we’ll happily assist you.


3. What materials are your hats made of?

Our pet hats are made from high-quality, pet-safe materials such as soft cotton, polyester blends, fleece, and wool. We prioritize comfort and breathability, ensuring your pet stays happy while looking adorable.


4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery can take:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! BardVogt proudly ships worldwide. International shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


6. What is your return and exchange policy?

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@bardvogt.com with your order number. Once your item has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


8. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any issues. Please email us right away at inquiries@bardvogt.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a refund.
